  • Contact details in case of emergency

  • Medical conditions

The lawful reason for using personal data

We collect data relating to children to comply with a legal obligation for the following purposes:

  • Membership details to support involvement and participation
  • To provide special facilities or assistance

Sharing of data

We will not share information about you with third parties without your consent unless required to do so eg in a police or safeguarding situation.

International transfers

It is unlikely that data will be transferred overseas, however if it is it will be in line with GDPR requirements.

Automated decision making

Automated decision making involves processing personal data without human intervention. Kids Kabin does not do any automated processing.

Retention Periods

We will only keep your data for as long as necessary and for the purposes for which it is collected. At the end of the retention period, your data will be deleted completely.
