Bernadette is a retired Head teacher of schools in Sunderland and Walker.  Bernadette was Head teacher of Wharrier Street  primary school in Walker for 20 years and has an in-depth understanding of the Walker community.  Her experience lies in education, disadvantaged communities and community development.
