Having been involved with Kids Kabin since its early stages of development, John joined the board in 2004.

 

John has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, community development, and organisational development in the Third sector.  He had worked directly with young people and families across the north east, including those living in poverty and experiencing homelessness.

 

John also volunteers with Barnardo’s at the Base in Whitley Bay, Byker Sands Family Hub in Byker and as Volunteer Project Champion with the National Volunteer Team. He is also a Team Leader and Trustee with Newcastle Street Pastors.
