As you know, our first ever completely virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) is taking place next week, and before it does, we need to make sure you have a few bits and pieces.
So, here is the timetable or agenda for the event, which will be held live on the video conferencing platform Zoom from 5.30pm on November 16th and will feature a special not-to-be-missed film review of the year by Kids Kabin members and volunteers.
Here also are the minutes from last year's AGM, and an update to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, which explains who's involved in Kids Kabin and how it is run.
Finally, here are the draft annual accounts for the year ending June 30th, 2020, which will be updated as soon as they're finalised and verified by our accountants. Only very minor changes, if any, are expected.
