Bernie has been a trustee since 2011.  Bernie was headteacher of both St Anthony’s and Wharrier Street Primary schools in Walker, working closely with Kids Kabin for many years.

 

She brings an in depth understanding of education and children and families in Walker and a strong commitment to the area.  Having retired from teaching in 2018, Bernie now works for the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle.
