Lee grew up in east Middlesbrough and is passionate about supporting and empowering children and young people from low-income backgrounds and neighbourhoods.  

 

Lee joined the Board in 2017. recruitment and CQC registered homecare He is the Managing Director of a health and social care recruitment business, bringing skills and experience from the fields of social care, recruitment, and people development.
